As the New Construction account manager at SecureVision, she partners with developers, builders, and municipalities to make sure multi-family projects, such as Condos, Townhomes and Apartments along with Hospitality projects, are wired for success with future-ready fiber internet. She’s the person you want on speed dial before the drywall goes up and definitely before the curbs get poured.

Her focus is relationship-first and rooted in trust, responsiveness, and the kind of hands-on collaboration that gets things done. Heather thrives in the fast-paced world of greenfield development, staying ahead of planning, zoning, and utility timelines to help partners avoid delays and unlock long-term value for their residents and tenants.

When she’s not walking a job site or syncing with city planners, you’ll find Heather cheering on a football game, exploring the outdoors, or biking along the Gulf Coast. A longtime Northwest Florida resident and business marketing graduate from Arizona State University, she’s proud to blend industry expertise with local insight — and a relentless drive to deliver results.
