I run day-to-day operations at Farrow Contracting, Inc., managing proposals, permitting, invoicing, inspections, and budgets for residential and commercial construction projects across the Florida Panhandle.

I’m also the founder of Coastal Nest Management, a licensed and insured co-hosting and property maintenance company. We partner with homeowners and investors to manage short-term rentals on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Google Vacations—handling everything from guest prep and turnovers to maintenance service calls and seasonal upkeep.
